How to Get Started with Coworking at DWC
Getting started at DWC CoWorking takes about 15 minutes and does not involve any paperwork surprises. Here is how it works.
Step 1: Tour the space. Schedule a free tour online or just give us a call at (970) 980-8091. We will walk you through the coworking area, show you the private offices, conference room, phone booth, kitchen, and parking, and answer every question you have. Tours usually take about 15 minutes.
Step 2: Pick your plan. Choose the membership that fits the way you work. Not sure which one is right? We will help you figure it out during your tour. You can always start with a flex desk and upgrade later if your needs change.
Step 3: Sign up and move in. Complete a short membership agreement, set up your payment, and get your key code. Most new members are fully set up and working in the space within 24 hours of their tour.
Step 4: Start working. That is it. No onboarding meetings, no orientation videos, no mandatory ice-breaker events. Just walk in, sit down, and get to work. We will make sure you know where the coffee is.
Membership Questions
Can I switch between coworking plans at DWC?
Yes. If you start with a flex desk and realize you want your own permanent workspace, you can upgrade to a dedicated desk or private office at any time. If your needs change and you want to downsize, we can work with you on that too. We do not lock you into a plan that no longer makes sense.
Is there a long-term contract for coworking at DWC?
Flex desk and dedicated desk memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment at the promotional rate. After that, you are on a month-to-month basis and can cancel with 30 days notice. Private office leases have flexible terms that we work out individually based on your situation. There are no hidden cancellation fees.
What if I just need a coworking space for one day in Fort Collins?
Our drop-in day pass is $20 and requires no membership, no application, and no commitment. You can also purchase 10-day or 20-day punch cards if you plan to visit more than once. Just reach out or stop by during staffed hours (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM) to get set up.

Can two people share a dedicated desk membership?
Yes. Our dedicated desk membership includes the option to share your desk with one business partner at no extra cost. This works well for partners who alternate days in the office or who do not need to be in the space at the same time.
Do you offer virtual office or business address services?
Business mailing address and mailbox services are included with our private office memberships. If you are interested in a business address without a physical desk, contact us and we can discuss options.
How do I book the conference room?
DWC CoWorking members can book the conference room through our online scheduling system. Non-members can book by contacting us directly at (970) 980-8091 or info@fortcollinscoworking.com. We will confirm availability and get you set up.
Are there any additional fees beyond the monthly membership price?
No. The prices listed on this page are what you pay. Internet, utilities, coffee, tea, phone booth access, locker storage, and building access are all included. There are no setup fees, no administrative fees, and no annual dues. The only additional cost would be if you add optional services like extra conference room hours beyond what your plan includes (flex desk members only).
